Our Joint

Most joint supplements address just one mechanism — usually glucosamine alone. This formula works across four simultaneously: structural cartilage support (GlucosaGreen® and MSM), multi-pathway anti-inflammatory action (Turmeric, Boswellia, and White Willow Bark targeting NF-κB, 5-LOX, and COX), joint lubrication (Hyaluronic Acid restoring synovial fluid viscosity), and enhanced absorption (Black Pepper Extract at 95% piperine). GlucosaGreen® is a plant-derived vegetal glucosamine — effective for those avoiding shellfish-derived sources without compromising clinical efficacy. Boswellia is standardised to 65% boswellic acids — the highest potency form, targeting the 5-LOX inflammatory pathway that standard anti-inflammatories cannot reach.

Benefits

Less Joint Pain — White Willow Bark and Boswellia inhibit both prostaglandin and leukotriene pain pathways — clinical research shows a 28% reduction in joint pain.

Cartilage Repair — GlucosaGreen® plant-derived glucosamine provides the structural building block for cartilage matrix synthesis — the same mechanism validated in the landmark GAIT trial of 1,583 patients.

Joint Lubrication — Hyaluronic Acid improves synovial fluid viscosity, reducing friction and improving comfort during movement — particularly effective for early-to-moderate joint degeneration.

Built for Absorption — Black Pepper Extract at 95% piperine inhibits curcumin breakdown, boosting turmeric bioavailability by up to 2,000%.

Expected Timeline
Day 7

Early Signals

White Willow Bark and Boswellia begin working on the inflammatory pathway from the first doses. Some people notice reduced stiffness within the first couple of weeks.

Day 21

Building

Anti-inflammatory effects from Boswellia and White Willow Bark typically build within 2–3 weeks — this is when reviews most often mention noticeable improvement in daily mobility.

Day 56

Full Effect

Structural cartilage benefits from glucosamine and MSM accumulate over 6–8 weeks of consistent daily use — the slower, cumulative side of the formula.

How To Take It

2 Capsules Daily

Take 2 capsules daily with a meal. The formula contains Olive Oil to aid absorption of fat-soluble compounds — taking with food enhances this further.

Take With a Meal

Turmeric curcuminoids and piperine both absorb significantly better alongside dietary fat. A full meal activates fat-soluble uptake and maximises the bioavailability that the Black Pepper Extract is designed to support.

Allow 4–8 Weeks

Anti-inflammatory effects from Boswellia and White Willow Bark typically build within 2–3 weeks. Structural cartilage benefits from glucosamine and MSM accumulate over 6–8 weeks of consistent daily use.

Ingredients

Glucosamine significantly reduces joint pain and slows cartilage degradation in landmark GAIT trial

The GAIT trial — 1,583 patients across 16 centres — found glucosamine and chondroitin combination significantly reduced joint pain in moderate-to-severe osteoarthritis. Glucosamine provides the structural building blocks for cartilage glycosaminoglycan synthesis — directly addressing the cartilage degradation driving joint pain rather than masking symptoms.

Boswellia serrata 65% boswellic acids reduces joint pain and improves mobility in double-blind RCT

Boswellia serrata extract standardised for AKBA content directly inhibits 5-lipoxygenase — the enzyme producing leukotrienes that drive chronic joint inflammation. A double-blind RCT found significant reductions in joint pain, swelling, and stiffness over 8 weeks, with improved walking distance and joint flexion versus placebo.

↓ pain & impairment

MSM supplementation reduces joint pain and improves physical function in 12-week double-blind trial

A double-blind, placebo-controlled trial found MSM supplementation produced significant reductions in pain and physical impairment compared to placebo over 12 weeks. MSM provides organic sulphur required for synthesising collagen and proteoglycans — the structural proteins that make up cartilage matrix and connective tissue.

White Willow Bark extract produces pain relief comparable to NSAIDs in controlled trial

White Willow Bark contains salicin — the natural precursor to salicylic acid from which aspirin was synthesised. A controlled trial found White Willow Bark extract produced pain reductions comparable to low-dose NSAIDs in lower back and joint pain, with significantly better gastrointestinal tolerability.

Curcumin extract produces pain relief equivalent to ibuprofen in knee osteoarthritis — multicenter RCT

A multicenter RCT comparing curcumin extract to ibuprofen in 367 patients with knee osteoarthritis found equivalent pain relief and functional improvement over 4 weeks, with curcumin producing significantly fewer gastrointestinal adverse events. Curcumin inhibits NF-κB, COX-2, and pro-inflammatory cytokines through multiple pathways simultaneously — producing anti-inflammatory effects comparable to conventional NSAIDs without their side effect profile.

Oral hyaluronic acid supplementation significantly reduces knee pain and improves joint function in double-blind trial

A double-blind, placebo-controlled study found oral hyaluronic acid supplementation produced significant reductions in knee pain and improvements in physical function. Oral HA is absorbed and distributed to synovial tissue, where it increases synovial fluid viscosity and reduces cartilage friction — particularly effective in patients with early-to-moderate joint degeneration where synovial fluid quality has declined.

The Experience

What You'll Feel

Days 1–3

Foundation Building

MSM, Turmeric, and Boswellia begin absorbing and concentrating in joint tissue. No dramatic changes yet — the formula is establishing the anti-inflammatory biochemical foundation before the structural and pain-relief effects that follow.

Days 4–7

Inflammation Drops

Boswellia's 5-LOX inhibition is establishing. White Willow Bark salicin is converting to salicylic acid and beginning to reduce prostaglandin-mediated pain signalling. Some notice reduced morning stiffness within the first week.

Weeks 2–3

Pain Reduces

joint pain is measurably reducing. Turmeric's NF-κB inhibition is established. The combined COX and LOX inhibition from White Willow Bark and Boswellia is suppressing the inflammatory cascade driving joint discomfort from two distinct pathways simultaneously.

Weeks 3–4

Mobility Returns

range of motion begins to improve as inflammation reduces and joint lubrication improves. Hyaluronic Acid has increased synovial fluid viscosity — movement feels more fluid, with less grinding and restriction through the full range of motion.

Weeks 5–6

Cartilage Rebuilds

GlucosaGreen® glucosamine is contributing to cartilage matrix regeneration. Connective tissue integrity improves as MSM provides the organic sulphur substrates that collagen and proteoglycan synthesis depends on. Structural support is building beneath the surface.

Weeks 7–8

Full Coverage

comprehensive joint protection is established. All seven compounds are operating simultaneously — anti-inflammatory coverage across three pathways, structural cartilage support, synovial lubrication, and connective tissue integrity all improved and maintained.

Month 3+

Your New Baseline

cartilage regeneration is a slow, cumulative process — the structural gains from glucosamine and MSM build over months. Consistent daily supplementation maintains the anti-inflammatory environment that structural repair requires. This is your new joint baseline — protect it.
